Kate Wills is the founder and President/Executive Director. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Kate was raised in Erie,PA where her career started as a Direct Care Staff before being promoted to supervising several group homes prior to moving to Texas in 2004 where she gained case management experience in the HCS program. As of 2020 she has over 22 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities or related conditions. Kate's current passion is exploring the intriguing world of Autism, raising awareness, and assisting the general public in accepting people with IDD and Autism as a part of the community. Kate is a wife and mother of two children who she leads to love and serve the Lord.

Stacie is a native Texan who began her career working with individuals with IDD or related conditions well over 20 years ago as a Direct Care Staff where she exemplified excellent caregiving skills in both cases of mental health and total care assistance. Her exemplary work promoted her to Case Manager. Stacie joined ATOD's mission in early 2016 as a Lead Case Manager. Her passion for the IDD population drives her commitment to make each Treasure feel loved, accepted, and heard. In 2019 Stacie was announced as ATOD's Assistant Director working closely alongside Kate Wills to make ATOD like none other. Stacie is a certified SAMA trainer, has obtained credits in nursing school, and aspires to one day lead a pet therapy program for our Treasures. Stacie is a mother and pet rescuer.
Nancilee Johnson is ATOD's day program supervisor. Her career started in 1979 assisting a friend who taught Learning Disabled (LD) resources. She joined several chapters of the association for the education of young children and read everything she could about learning disabilities, She then worked in a number of daycare facilities and
Nancilee Johnson is ATOD's day program supervisor. Her career started in 1979 assisting a friend who taught Learning Disabled (LD) resources. She joined several chapters of the association for the education of young children and read everything she could about learning disabilities, She then worked in a number of daycare facilities and tutored a number of special needs children throughout the years. Nancilee worked in the school district for 22 years before choosing to forego retirement and join the ATOD family/team where she is truly loved and appreciated for always ensuring each Treasure feels accepted and loved.
